Heat pump does not operate when Nest thermostat goes offline. Thermostat goes offline randomly, even though my Wifi is still functioning fine.

This was a great product that I’m now abandoning. The temperature no longer shows in the menu bar, even when I have it set to. The App seems to andomly quit, and it keeps forgetting my login information, which is superbly annoying, and defeats the purpose of having an app like this.

I loved this app, but as others have said, it has been neglected by the developer. The app routinely loses nest password information and I have to re-enter it. That’s very bothersome when you just want to turn down the thermostat. If this was fixed I’d give it 5 stars.
